Mallorca (Spain) is a beautiful Balearic Island. It has a lot to offer. The small cities are all different from each other same as the people. You have High Society Hot Spots with high class restaurants and then you have an another Village complete other kind of people. No glamour, just simple life.

Who looks for an individual vacation, should book a Finca. You have all the silence you need if you want. If you have your own pool, even better. You have your small little home in the meantime you are not far from the busy streets.

This luxurious Villa from Travelopo is located in Pollenca. A very charming little location. You have one part – the City of Pollenca and at the other part Port Pollenca.

The luxurious Villa

The Villa (Finca) has the typical Mallorca charm. It is built with a typical yellow stone who is supposed to leave the heat outside.

The Garden is absolutely lovely. Everything is well-managed and you can see the love in every detail. The pool is great for a long swim or just for having a romantic Dinner at the pool. The great thing here, you have many places where you can sit. You have kind of rustic seats and table right at the entrance of the house. Then you have a table and 6 chairs that you can locate wherever you like. There are enough sun beds .

You will love the scent of the lemon trees around the pool.

The Villa/Finca

The Villa (Finca) has the typical Mallorca charm. It is built with a typical yellow stone who is supposed to leave the heat outside.

Rooms:

My favorite room was upstairs. I instantly loved it. The view to the cypress trees and the pool is absolutely beautiful. The room is white with dark wooden beams.

You have your own bathroom with bathtub and two lavatories.

There are even books there (if you have forgotten to bring one like me).

Downstairs you will find two other sleeping rooms, one kitchen, living room and a bathroom.

There is also a small Cabot that reminded me Harry Potters Room at his cousin’s house (under the stairs). 😉

One sleeping room has a double bed and the other room has two single beds. There are enough blanket in the wardrobe.

Kitchen:

The kitchen has everything you need. There are Wineglasses (as I said, everything you need), Espresso and normal cups, enough dishes and of course a dishwasher. Totally important – at least for me.

Internet:

There is a wireless router at the living room. You will find the passport on the table. It works perfectly everywhere. Even in the garden.

Surroundings:

The Finca is a little out site of Pollenca. You will need a car. But there are 2 Minutes from the Villa two supermarkets, Eroski Market and Lidl. You will find everything you need there. From fresh fish to fresh meat, nice and tasty sweets and fresh bread.

Pollenca:

Pollenca (Mallorca) is a lovely small town. When you drive there you will not know what’s behind the houses. You think there should be nothing special. But if you go at the pedestrian zone you will find lots of restaurants and bars there. You will have very much touristic restaurants but you will also find some nice bars that are not as fancy as the other ones but are more authentic. They are more hidden behind the big one. In other streets. There is a big church right in the middle and around that you can walk and look out what intrigues you more.

I like the time when the sun goes down and all that small candles on the table lighten um the restaurants and the bars. You will only hear people laughing through the street. It has something romantic.

Insider Tip:

If you rent this villa I can recommend you one restaurant. It’s kind of an furniture shop. In fact that is one on the right side and the other side is a restaurant. It has typical food and the service is just absolutely adorable. They are kind and recommend you great things. The atmosphere is great. It is located 2 minutes drive from the house at the traffic circle. You will not miss it. You will like it. Try the patatas bravas and the chicken. It was delicious.

Resume:

The Finca is perfect for people who love to be independent. You can cook if you want or you can go to restaurants. You can play table tennis with your kids or hang out at the pool. You can invite friends or you just can enjoy the silence and the atmosphere. The Villa has everything you need and you don’t have to miss anything. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. I especially liked Pollenca. It is a beautiful little town and Port de Pollenca has a wonderful beach too. For me this was a perfect getaway.
